For 18 years of my life I grew up in central Maine before setting off on my own.
All through high school I devoted myself to robotics and music.
In 2016 I attended college in Needham, Massachusetts - graduating from Olin College of Engineering in 2020.
I majored in Engineering with a concentration in Robotics.
At Olin I spent a lot of my time singing in PowerChords, our a capella group,
playing jazz, and solidifying my passions in teaching and human centered design.
After graduation I briefly taught a quarantine pod of 6 students from 1st grade to 5th grade.
In January 2021 I flew to Taiwan to complete a Fulbright English Teaching Award (ETA) grant.
After 6 months in Taiwan I decided to stay for another year as an English Teaching Fellow.
Upon getting back to the states from Taiwan I took off on a roadtrip adventure to visit family,
friends, and natural wonders across the US. I settled back in Maine working various jobs from McDonalds
to an apple farm for a few months before starting my next chapter as a Preventionist and Advocate at
Sexual Assault Response Services of Southern Maine.
